Do you think this is a good description of the invention of movies?

Movie Genesis

In the beginning there was an invention called a film camera.
This invention was used to take pictures of events, but not in the
still way.
It was used to take 'motion' pictures, that is a picture of an event
capturing
the movements of the people, so generation after generation people can

witness events of past history as if going back in time.

Then eventually they said "if we can use this invention to merely take
'motion'
pictures, why can't we use it to make stories, taking motion pictures
of people
pretending to be different characters in certain situations, and then
put those
'motion' pictures together to form a story in the form of a 'motion
picture' where
people actually see the happenings of the story?"

Since then, many artistic figures have unearthed (or is it more
accurate to say
'created'?) many different worldly events to be seen by people as if
they were
actually witnessing the happenings of it, one great example being
Stanley Kubrick,
one great example of a very interesting worldly event that he
unearthed for people
to witness, A Clockwork Orange.
